What time is check-in or check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM on your arrival date. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on departure day. Please start a load of towels, remove all trash, leave the key on the table, and leave the door unlocked.
How much of a deposit is required to reserve a property?
All reservations require a refundable security deposit.
- RV lots: $100 refundable security deposit.
- Homes: $100 refundable security deposit if you purchase the optional $45 Property Damage Waiver; otherwise a $1,500 refundable security deposit applies.
A $100 refundable security deposit is typically taken at booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival are due in full at booking.
How much are taxes and are there any other fees?
- Taxes: 12.5% on the rental amount.
- Processing fee: $75 per reservation.
- Housekeeping (homes): $150.
- Optional Property Damage Waiver: $45 (affects refundable deposit amount as noted above).
What type of payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Both credit and debit cards are accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival incur a $100 cancellation fee. After the payment-in-full date, rental funds are held until the unit/lot is re-rented for the same time frame. Guests are encouraged to purchase third‑party trip cancellation insurance.
Is it possible to stay less than seven nights?
Yes. During certain times of the year a 5- or 7-night minimum may apply. If unsure, please contact the office before booking.
Do I save money by booking on this website?
Yes. Booking directly here guarantees the lowest available price and avoids additional booking fees.
How do we get into the unit?
We open and inspect the unit the day prior to your arrival. The door will be unlocked and the key will be inside the unit.
Are the properties pet friendly?
We offer both pet‑friendly and non‑pet‑friendly options. Pet‑friendly units display a paw icon on the property page. A maximum of two pets are allowed in the park, though some units allow only one. If unsure, please check before booking.
What is provided in the kitchen?
Most kitchens include major appliances (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker), and cookware/serveware (cutlery, glassware, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans).
Is there a washer and dryer inside the unit?
Most units have an in‑unit washer and dryer; others offer laundry facilities at bath houses throughout the park. Check the individual property listing for details.
Is there wireless internet in the unit?
Most units offer free Wi‑Fi. If available, it will be listed under the unit’s amenities.
Is parking included?
Yes, parking for one vehicle at the unit is permitted. Some driveways are short; if your vehicle does not fit, you will need to park in the park’s overflow lot at $5 per night. If unsure about fit, please contact the office before booking.
What is your smoking policy?
All units are non‑smoking. If smoke is detected, a minimum $250 cleaning charge will be applied.
Will we receive a refund in the unlikely event of a hurricane?
Yes. If a mandatory hurricane evacuation order is issued, you will receive a refund for the unused nights of your stay. Refunds are not provided for other bad weather.
